1. Can I pay by cash?

We currently do not accept order(s) by cash except in person, because of how unsecure it is to send cash through mail. Our payments are done by Bank Transfer/Deposit, Local Collection or via PayPal, Stripe or Direct Debit, which both offer ways to use debit/credit cards, automatic bank drafts, and e-checks. These methods are a safer way to pay for both parties and your account information is never shared with us through these websites.

2. I haven't received my purchased store?

Your order may have been delayed for some technical, financial or verication purpose. All order comes with a tracking number that lets you see your order progress every step of the way from acceptance to delivery upon completion. An order number will be sent to you via the e-mail address you provided. You can track the progress of your order via My Account section on our website . If there is still an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. I ordered the wrong design, can I exchange it?

Sure! We allow exchanges for store credit or another design within 7 days if your order hasn't been fully handed over to you upon completion. Just follow the instructions on our Returns Policy page or just login to My Account/Orders to get started with the return process.

4. How can I get in on store specials and coupons?

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive valuable coupons to your e-mail address. Just sign up by entering your details at the bottom of every page on our website. Also, like us on Facebook (coming soon) or Twitter (coming soon) to get updates on the latest products, free gifts, coupons and offers.
