We aim to complete any design ordered or placed through the store within 5 working day depending on the configuration required, but usually completed within a few hours (5hrs).
Please note that all orders are subject to cleared funds and the availability of support for a particular shop design. We tend to update our clients on a daily basis. However, if any of your ordered design needs more time or support to resolve a bug, we'll notify you by email / text or contact you directly through the telephone or mobile number you supplied on your account, as to give you the option of a delay to the completion or offering a different design.
We accept orders from anywhere in the world. However, we limit sales to the UK automatically, but you can contact us in the event you're facing difficulties due to currency restrictions and we'd update your order manually (conversion rate applies).
Design delivery time varies, depending on the method of transfer and configuration required (migrating from other platform to us or vice versa, including hosting).
